Both the quality and durability for which ifw is renowned have been improved even further with the new, fourth generation. The new system offers numerous benefits, including an extremely short mould preheating time and consequently additional energy savings. The optimised temperature control has also improved the efficiency of the process. Perfect cycle times, rapid tool changes, swift set-up times and maximum user-friendliness – thanks to integrated tempering media routing – speak likewise for product innovation. Furthermore, the mould system from ifw mould tec not only guarantees increased component durability but also enhanced flexibility in the production of articles from high-temperature materials. For example, fitting sizes from Ø 16 to 32 mm can be implemented in one master mould concept.
